I can’t say enough great things about working with Chris. Chris not only has strong expertise in terms of real estate he’s also well versed in finance and has the modeling chops to back it up. This combination of knowledge is so rare amongst real estate agents but absolutely necessary when evaluating investment assets. After our first introductory call, Chris was off to the races setting up property searches, hand picking appealing ones, and setting up showings. During showings, Chris was a strong force leading discussions with listing agents, asking pertinent questions, and educating me along the way. He clearly know’s his stuff and it shows! And this is all before we even go to the inspection and closing process. After we had narrowed down a viable property and had an accepted offer is when Chris really went to work and outshined any agent i’ve ever worked with. As soon as we had an accepted offer, Chris had his trusted resources lined up to get inspections setup and the mortgage process started. While many agents have preferred vendors they work with, every single person Chris recommended, from attorney to inspector to mortgage broker, was a complete rockstar. Once we had an inspection report, Chris went through it line by line and prepared a detailed set of recommended actions to take and led negotiation processes with the seller’s team. When the deal got tumultuous, Chris rolled up his sleeves and got creative, doing whatever he could to make the property and deal work for me all while never pressuring me into an uncomfortable position. Overall, I can certainly say the deal Chris and I ultimately did would not have happened without him. He’s easily the best real estate broker I have worked with and I look forward to doing many more deals with him in the future.
